Oral history video interviews by Southeast Asian refugees that resettled in Canada are the primary sources of this book. Conducted for The Canadian Southeast Asian Refugee Historical Research Project: Hearts of Freedom (HOF), they are cited as references by interview number throughout the book’s text.
