Jour apr\u00e8s jour, une horrible routine se d\u00e9roulait lorsque les p\u00eacheurs tha\u00eflandais prenaient d'assaut le bateau o\u00f9 il se trouvait, cherchaient des objets de valeur et prenaient les femmes et les filles \u00e0 bord de leurs bateaux. Ne voyant aucune fin aux attaques, Buchan a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019une fa\u00e7on audacieuse, de prendre en main son destin.
