Apr\u00e8s la chute de Saigon, il a choisi de quitter le pays, soucieux de l'avenir pour ses enfants. Il a essay\u00e9 de trouver un avion pour d\u00e9coller du Vietnam, mais sans succ\u00e8s. Comme alternative, la famille a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de monter \u00e0 bord d'un bateau commercial.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Guam, la famille y est demeur\u00e9e un mois et demi, et par la suite ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9s dans un camp militaire en Pennsylvanie aux \u00c9tats-Unis. M\u00eame avec le droit de demander l'asile aux \u00c9tats-Unis, il a plut\u00f4t choisi de se rendre au Canada.
